General Refund Information

What are my refund options?

Refunds are issued via the payment method used in your GriotPay Account. GriotPay Credit Service's issuance of a refund receipt is only confirmation that Griot International, LLC™ has submitted your refund to the Payment Method charged at the time of the original sale, and that Griot International, LLC™ has absolutely no control over when the refund will be applied towards your Payment Method’s available balance.

Refunds can also be issued on your Griot Gift eCard, which is a prepaid electronic card used only on GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs purchases and services.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The length of time depends on the payment provider and/or individual issuing bank associated with your Payment Method. Your financial institute establishes and regulates the time frames for posting your refund, and that such refund posting time frames may range from (7-10) business days to a full billing cycle.

What if I used a credit card for payment?

Refunds for credit card payments will be processed back to the original credit card used to make the payment.

Will I be able to transfer my refund to another project?

Yes, Request more information from your GriotPay Credit Counselor.

What is automatic payments (ACH)?

Automated Clearing House (ACH) is an electronic transfer of funds to your personal bank account. 

How do I update my payment information for my refund?

Go to GriotPay Billing Center (www.griotinternationalllc.freshbooks.com) to make changes to your bank account. You will need the following information to make changes:

✓ Your GriotPay Credit username. This is your primary email address on file with GriotSites.
✓ Your Password
✓ Your new credit card information
✓ Your billing address

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days after posted to your GriotPay Billing Center.

What happens if I do not see my refund within 7 to 10 business days?

Check your GriotPay Billing Center to confirm the refund date and amount.

To verify bank information, go to www.griotinternationalllc.freshbooks.com. If all the information is correct, contact your financial institution.
