PAYMENT EXTENSION FOR GRIOTPAY CREDIT
A payment extension is a courtesy service provided to our GriotSites family/Clients to assist in resolving a temporary financial burden that may prevent or delay payments.

Requesting an Extension or Due Date Change

When applying for a payment extension, there are a few things to consider to make the process easier.

• Payment extensions can only be requested for late payments that are projected to be more than 3 days late.
• Only three extensions will be granted per the life of the GriotPay Credit Account.
• You may request up to a one-week or 7-day extension only. After 10 days, the GriotPay account will enter a defaulted status and will automatically deactivate the online product associated with the account.
• Prior to granting a payment extension, a review of the account is performed.
• A submitted request for an extension does not automatically guarantee that an extension will be granted.

To request a payment extension, please submit a ticket to the Billing department. If you do not have login
credentials for a Billing Account, contact us at 888-600-2011.

What happens after an extension is granted?

If an extension is granted to you, payment must be received on or before the granted extension date. Failure to make the required payment by the extension date will result in the interruption of services that will cause the Web Property to be invisible to the internet. If service is disconnected due to a missed payment, you will be required to bring the account balance current plus a $15.00 reconnection fee per Domain.

You must contact a Web Agent at least 72 hours (3 days) BEFORE your payment is due in order to qualify for a payment extension. Also be aware that you are allowed 3 payment extensions within a GriotPay agreement.
